Focus is a community-based, non-profit organization whose purpose is to enhance employment opportunities in the South Simcoe area. Economic health through employment is a key factor in a healthy community and it is in this area that Focus continues to concentrate its efforts. Focus has always been committed to ensuring the health of the community. This gives Focus vast experience delivering employment programs in South Simcoe County. Focus began in 1985 providing a number of community services and in 1987 employment services were added to the organization. By working closely with other community partners and services, Focus has been able to achieve economy and efficiency while providing quality service.
